Tracy Lyons

Tracy Lyons is a talented designer with a passion for helping clients create beautiful, comfortable spaces that feel uniquely their own. As Lead Designer for HOME By Lyons, Tracy guides clients through the design and selection process, helping them navigate everything from flooring, countertops, lighting and cabinetry to paint colors, fixtures and the finishing details that bring a home together.

Tracy has a fantastic eye for design, but one of her greatest strengths is understanding that great design also has to work within a budget. She helps clients make smart choices, knowing where to invest, where to save and how to bring everything together into a cohesive design without losing sight of the overall cost of the project.

Her work has been recognized through the Parade of Homes, where she has earned design honors in the largest home category. Whether working on a new home or bringing her experience to a LYITE Development project, Tracy approaches each space with creativity, attention to detail and a genuine desire to make the design process enjoyable for the client.

Outside of design, Tracy loves spending time with her family. She and her husband, Chris, are proud parents of Carter, who attends Texas Tech University, and Lux, who attends Canyon High School. Family is an important part of Tracy’s life and a big part of the perspective she brings to designing spaces that are not only beautiful, but truly meant to be lived in.

Cristine White

Cristine White is a passionate designer and entrepreneur whose creativity and experience have helped shape distinctive residential and commercial spaces throughout the Texas Panhandle. As Owner of Urban Comfort Design, Cristine brings more than 15 years of professional design experience and a thoughtful, detail-driven approach to every project.

As a designer for LYITE Development, Cristine provides clients with a hands-on design experience that extends from early concepts and selections through final execution. Her involvement throughout the construction process helps create a seamless connection between design and construction, bringing added value, efficiency and personalization to each project.

Cristine has built a reputation for creating thoughtfully curated spaces that balance function, style and the individual needs of each client. Her expertise spans the finish and selection process, and she remains actively involved in coordinating with project managers and subcontractors to help ensure the design vision is carried through to completion.

Outside of her professional life, Cristine’s greatest priority is her family. She is a devoted wife to Eric and mother to Kylee and Owen, staying actively involved in their school activities, projects, fundraisers and everyday lives. She also enjoys time with Bailey, the family’s black Labrador.

Formally trained in nutrition, Cristine has a strong interest in health, wellness, diet and fitness. She enjoys researching emerging trends and the science surrounding healthy living and finding practical ways to incorporate those principles into her family’s daily life.
